These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Opulse platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Age Restrictions

Our Services are strictly intended for users aged 18 and older.

By creating an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we discover that a user under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. Users between 13 and 17 are not permitted to use our Services under any circumstances.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Post, share, or transmit any illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Harass, intimidate, stalk, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in unauthorized data collection, scraping, or automated access of our platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Facilitate or engage in online fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of minors
• Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any activity we determine to be harmful to our platform or community.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Non-refundable: All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or these Terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Telegram payment interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Current subscribers will receive advance notice of any price changes.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed through Telegram's native payment infrastructure (Telegram Stars). We do not directly store payment card or financial account details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — are owned by or licensed to Opulse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our Services without our express prior written permission.

By submitting content (such as profile information or messages) to our platform, you grant Opulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display such content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve our Services. This license terminates when your content is deleted or your account is closed.

5. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Opulse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any content posted by other users on our platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account
• Any other matter relating to our Services

Even if Opulse has been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Opulse in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
